Polly and Joan Roca traveled to New York to spend time with the artists, it is said, who fuel its culture and creativity, and they met with thinkers that help chronicle the city. In their journey, they met with acclaimed jazz musician Wynton Marsalis, graffiti artist Lady Pink, art curator at the Guggenheim Museum, Megan Fontanella, fashion designer Daniel Silverstein, and sneaker culture historian Dee Wells.

The Macallan’s Whisky Maker Polly Logan, in collaboration with the Roca brothers, explored the mastery behind New York, creating an innovative single malt that embodies and celebrates the city as a dynamic metropolis of art, creativity and visionary talent.

Polly Logan and the Roca brothers, owners of El Celler de Can Roca, twice named Best Restaurant in the World, have selected the finest combination of American and European oak casks to create this unique single malt whisky.
Distil You World New York is bottled at 49.5% and delivers notes that reflect the artistic character and ingredients which define New York. Celebrating the combined expertise of these two masters of their craft, this limited edition release distils the essence of this iconic city.
